
Terms and conditions
Bloom & Make LLC is an art studio that specializes in custom preserved floral art and products created from fresh flowers. The following terms and conditions offer more details about the preservation, design and assembly process, including the payment procedure.
The preservation and design process
All bouquets and arrangements are disassembled so each flower can be individually pressed or dried.
At times, flowers react unpredictably in the preservation process; therefore, only the best pressed or dried flowers are selected for placement in design. Bloom & Make LLC reserves the right to substitute matching flowers when needed due to damage to the original flowers.
Flowers will change color and tones over a period of time, taking on a subdued, vintage look. Keep your floral art (including resin pieces and jewelry) out of humid areas (e.g., bathrooms, outdoor porches) and direct sunlight to prevent deterioration and premature fading.
Bloom & Make LLC is not responsible for any change in color and texture of the artwork, resin decor or jewelry after delivery.
Any frame commission includes two design options and one round of tweaks to the chosen design. Any additional requests for changes to the design or frame style are charged at $150/hr.
Booking and payments
When booking at least ONE month before the wedding, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied towards the final balance but will NOT be refunded if you decide to cancel your booking at any point before or after the wedding.
When booking less than one month before the wedding, a 50% payment of the total quoted price is needed. If you decide to cancel after making the 50% payment, we will refund the amount MINUS $100 and any fees associated with processing the payment.
50% of the quoted price is due for payment at least 14 days before the wedding. You will receive an email reminder. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hrs before the confirmed pick-up date.
Drop-off, delivery and communication
The arrangement(s) must be dropped off at the studio within 48 hours of the wedding. We can accommodate a time that works best for you. At this time, we are not accepting shipped arrangements.
We will stay in touch via email throughout the preservation process about necessary flower substitutions and design mock-ups for approval.
Once the order is completed and an email notification is sent, the commissioned piece(s) must be picked up within ONE MONTH of the notification. Any notification not responded to or designs not picked up within the month are considered abandoned and become the property of Bloom & Make LLC.
We can ship the order in the US or internationally at an additional cost.
Refunds and craftsmanship
In the event of acts of nature, loss of power or global catastrophe, our liability is limited to refunding the client's deposit and/or payment made on design or product.
Bloom & Make LLC stands behind the quality of work. If for any reason, you have a problem with your framed artwork after receiving it, please email ana@bloomandmake.com immediately so we can make arrangements to correct any issues.
Workmanship and materials of frame designs are guaranteed for 60 days from the date the design is delivered/picked up. All repairs are done at no cost during this time. Any damage due to mishandling or improper use or display is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty period, repairs will be made at market cost.
Marketing and advertising
Your deposit is your consent to allow Bloom & Make LLC or its representatives to use images created of your designs for editorial, advertising, contest and/or exhibition usage.
Online store purchases
All sales from the Bloom & Make LLC online store are final - no refunds or returns are offered.
